All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at Driftly are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, or the product not meeting personal expectations. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.


Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If your item arrives visibly damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must:

  1. Contact us at dentaraofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement unit. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items — replacements only. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and your building's mail area first
  2. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number
  3. If still unresolved after 5 business days, email us at dentaraofficial@gmail.com

We will investigate with the carrier and determine next steps at our discretion. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Our fulfillment process begins immediately after checkout. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We maintain full records of all orders, shipping confirmations, and customer agreements, and we will contest all illegitimate chargebacks with this documented evidence.
